What counts against my allowance?
Work we have to go out and do: tracking a piece of content, refreshing its numbers, looking up a creator, and rendering an export. Using the software is unmetered — campaigns, briefings, checklists, dashboards, share links, teammates and brand accounts never cost allowance.
What happens to an allowance I don't use?
It rolls over for up to 16 weeks, oldest first. A quiet month builds up capacity for a busy one.
Are there any other limits?
There is a weekly allowance and a short-term burst cap so a single campaign cannot drain everything at once. Both are shown on your plan page.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the paid period. Rolled-over allowance is cleared on cancellation.
