Why Content Stage
Built to count what actually happened.
Content Stage is a content tracking and creator campaign reporting platform: it captures what got posted, credits who posted it, and measures what it did. Where most tools in this category sell discovery — a database of creators to pick from — this is built around everything that comes after.
Four things that are genuinely different.
Each one is checkable. Open the pricing page or any use case and see for yourself.
The archive is the product
Reports are a view of data. Here the content itself is kept — the media, the author, the campaign, the numbers — so a campaign from a year ago is something you can still open, not a PDF somebody has to find.
Every feature on every plan
No premium tier holding features back and no per-seat pricing. Plans differ in one thing only: how much content you track. Unlimited campaigns, creators and brand accounts on all of them.
Allowance you do not lose
What you do not use rolls over for up to 16 weeks, oldest first. A quiet month builds capacity for a busy one instead of evaporating on the first.
Not only for brand campaigns
The same tracker runs a paid collaboration, a festival, a trade show or a wedding. 12 use cases are documented, and the mechanism underneath every one of them is identical.
What changes in practice.
The failure modes of running creator activity out of spreadsheets are consistent enough to list.
How we build
The rules we hold ourselves to.
Marketing pages are easy to write and hard to keep honest. These are the constraints we work under, and most of them are visible from the outside — which is the point of stating them.
What that means in practice
- No number on this site that the platform cannot produce — the free allowance and the 16-week rollover are read from live configuration, not typed into copy
- No feature gating. A plan is a volume, not a permission set
- No per-seat pricing. Add your whole team and your whole roster
- Nothing collected that is not public, or that an account owner did not connect themselves
- Cancel from inside the app, not by writing to support
Questions.
Is this an influencer discovery database?
No. There is no purchased database of creators to browse. It tracks and measures the creators and the content you point it at, and builds your portfolio out of who you actually work with.
Which platforms are supported?
Instagram today — posts, reels and stories, including organic brand mentions. Further platforms are being added.
Do I need to connect an Instagram account to start?
No. Connecting brand accounts unlocks the fuller metrics Instagram only exposes to a connected account, but you can start without one.
How is it priced?
By how much content you track. Every feature is on every plan, from €49 a month, and every account starts with a free allowance.
Start with one tracker.
Free to set up, no card required. Point it at a hashtag, a creator or a mention and the archive starts building.
